EarthPort.com Announces Completion Of IPO Offering And Listing On The BSX

Hamilton, Bermuda 27 September: EarthPort.com plc is pleased to announce the completion of the IPO offering of Series A shares, on 16 September 1999, and their approval for listing on the Mezzanine Market of the Bermuda Stock Exchange ("BSX"), which is for securities that are aimed at Qualified Investors, being individuals or institutions who invest either a minimum of $100,000 or otherwise meet one of the suitability tests defined by the Exchange.

Major international Members of the BSX include Instinet (a Reuters group company), Nomura Securities (Bermuda) Ltd (a member of the Nomura group - the worlds largest brokerage firm), and Matheson Investment Management (Bermuda) Ltd. (a member of the Jardine Matheson conglomerate of companies).

The Company will start trading on the BSX on Monday September 27, 1999, under the quoted symbol ERPT_BH. The Company's quotation is also available on the BSX's page available on Bloomberg and Reuters. The Company's share price information will be available on the EarthPort web site at www.earthport.com

The Company has also filed a Foreign Registration statement with the SEC, and intends upon approval by the SEC to list and trade on NASDAQ. The Company expects the approvals and listing on NASDAQ in the near future.
