Hamilton, Bermuda, 28 February, 2000 - ImuMed International Ltd. today advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that due to his commitments in establishing an international law firm Kaamil Ansar has resigned as a Director of the Company as of 21st February 2000.
