Hamilton, Bermuda: 22 March, 2001- ImuMed International Ltd. has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that at a meeting of the Board of Directors on March 15th 2001, the following resignations and appointments were made:
Directors, Messers Norman Wareham and Eric Kohn both resigned from the Board and Mr. Michael Redford was appointed as a Director.
Mr. Norman Wareham, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Mr. Eric Kohn, President/Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Jeff Conyers, Vice-President all stepped down as Officers of the company.
Mr. Jeff Conyers was then appointed to the position of President and Mr. Michael Schroter to the position of Vice-President.
