Hamilton, Bermuda, July 7, 1998 - Following the successful completion of their Special General Meeting (SGM), Millennium International Limited today announced an initial distribution to shareholders of record as of June 26th. The initial distribution, completed by the Bank of Bermuda yesterday,is $5 per share.
