KeyTech Continues Note & Share Repurchase

Hamilton, Bermuda, 9 July 2001 - KeyTech Limited (the "Company") has today advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange that during the quarter ending 30 June 2001 the Company had repurchased 29,224 BTC 7 ¾% Notes, with a par value of $438,360.

The Company also announced that during the same period it had repurchased 3,644 of its own shares, with a par value of $3,644, at an average price of $41.32.
