Hamilton, Bermuda, June 20, 2000 - KeyTech Limited has today announced the resignation of Mr. Cummings V. Zuill as Deputy Chairman of the Company. He has been succeeded by Mr. Colin Williams.
Mr. Cummings will also resign as Director at the Annual General Meeting to be held on June 30th, 2000.
