Hamilton, Bermuda: 25 July, 2001- LOM (Holdings) Ltd. has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that at the Company's AGM on 19 July, the authorized capital of the Company was increased from $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 by the creation of an additional 10,000,000 shares ranking pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company.
