Hamilton, Bermuda, 3 July 2001 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the withdrawal from listing of the Safire Aircraft Company. The withdrawal from listing was granted at the request of the Directors of the Company and its former listing sponsor, Voyager Financial Services Ltd. Both parties advised the BSX that the offering, anticipated in the original listing application, did not proceed as planned.
The BSX had granted approval in principal for the listing pending the closing of the offering.
