Hamilton, Bermuda, March 1, 1999 -The Board of Directors of Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE: TYC, LSE: TYI, BSX: TYC) (Tyco), has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of two and one half cents per common share. The dividend is payable on May 3, 1999 to shareholders of record on March 5,1999.
