Tyco International To Report Third Quarter Results

Pembroke, Bermuda, July 17, 2001 - Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE-TYC,

LSE-TYI, BSX-TYC) will be reporting its third quarter results before the

market opens on Wednesday, July 18, 2001. The Company will hold a

As previously announced, the Company is comfortable that it will at a

minimum meet expectations for the third quarter and, based on current
